If you are applying by mail*, print and mail your registration form, copy of child's birth certificate and payment to:

There will be a non-refundable 7% fee assessed for credit card users.
If your child wishes to attend the "Outfitters" or "Safari" program please send a copy of his/her Hunter Safety Card with registration form.
Each registration form must include full payment of $295 per camper for each week that your camper is attending.

Additional forms and information will be mailed to you and must be completed before camper's first day at camp.
Physical examinations are included and some forms will need to be notarized.
Registration fees include lodging, all meals and snacks, most equipment, and program materials and minor accident insurance.
Camp is available for both boys and girls ages 9 to 16. Campers must be 9 and no older than 16 by the first day of their camp week.
Parents/guardians must furnish transportation for their child to and from camp.
Registration starts at 3 p.m. Check-in time is from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Pick-up time is from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday.
Refunds are not made unless the refund form, available by request, is received by the Ocala Conservation Center at least 14 days before the start of the camper's scheduled week.
